Monster trucks

Grady is really into monster trucks right now (I'm not sure how this came to be, but he's totally obsessed!). This past weekend, Saratoga Speedway was hosting two monster trucks from California. So, of course, we had to go check it out!




First, on Thursday night, they had the two monster trucks parked at Canadian Tire, so we went to see them. Grady was pretty excited to be so close to real, live monster trucks.



Then, on Saturday night, it was time for the real deal. It rained on us and it was very loud, but we all still had fun.

Auntie Di

Grady's Auntie Di is here visiting right now and he is thrilled! We've been having lots of fun together and Grady is loving all the special attention.

We went up to Gold River on Saturday night for a quick visit. Grady and Easton had an absolute blast playing together! And, I managed to sneak in lots of baby cuddles with Esme.

Last Sunday

Last Sunday we took Grady to "Easter at the Barn" at the exhibition grounds. There were lots of different activities for children, but Grady really wanted to ride on one of the horses. We stood in the line-up for a long time and it was definitely worth it. He was so happy up there!
