Canoeing

Grady, Auntie Heather, and I went for a canoe trip on the Courteny River. It was quite exciting at times (we learned not to try and paddle against the current!) and relaxing at times too (when we parked the canoe and rested at a sandy spot on the shore).

Ring Bearer

Grady was the ring bearer in our friend's wedding last weekend. He didn't want to carry to ring pillow down the aisle and was a bit shy during the ceremony, but he sure looked cute!

Super Bunny!

There is a cartoon called, "Max and Ruby" that Grady really likes to watch. On the show, there is a little boy bunny who has a blue cape and when he puts it on, he is, "Super Bunny"! Grady asked if he could have a super bunny cape too, so we went to the fabric store and he picked out this color for his cape. I made it during naptime and when he woke up and saw his cape, he was thrilled!

Swimming lessons

Grady just completed his first set of swimming lessons. They were held at the outdoor pool and he went every day for two weeks. He was very tentative entering the water at the first lesson, but by the last lesson, he was jumping in and dunking his head all the way under the water!

Auntie Heather is back!

Auntie Heather was travelling for the past month and just returned home. We are so happy she is back!
