Petting Zoo

Last week when Christa, Easton, and Esme came to visit us, we went to the petting zoo at the Filberg Park.  It wasn't open for the season yet, but the boys were thrilled to look through the fence and see all the animals.

We've been working in the backyard a lot this week. I wanted to plant a fruit tree and Grady picked out this cherry tree at the nursery. It's so cute that Grady and his tree are pretty much the same size ... it will be fun to watch them both grow!

Grady harasses Ryder non-stop, but he also plays with him constantly! They were having a lot of fun playing catch today.

The rings

Every time we go to the park by our house, Grady tries to get across these rings.  He tries and tries and tries again!  This time, he was so close to getting across ... a little more practice and I think he'll make it.

At the float

Last weekend, we went to the new float for the first time.  Grady loved every minute of it and was an all-star fisherman.  He can't wait to go out there again! (neither can we :)

New clubs!

While we were in Victoria, Sandy and Grady went to the driving range at Olympic View. Grady came home with a brand-new set of clubs!

Dinosaurs

We went to Victoria this week to take Grady to the "Dinosaurs" exhibit at the Museum.  He was thrilled to see a life-sized T-Rex at the entrance and it just got better from there!
