Monster trucks!

These monster trucks are parked at our local grocery store to advertise their show this weekend. Grady was super excited to go see them.

Show and shine

On the weekend, we went downtown to check out the old cars that were set up for the show and shine. Papa Dave came with us, but didn't make it into any of the photos.

The boys have been really into colouring lately. They both created pictures for the fridge. Grady's is the one beside his head. Hunter's is just above his head.

Happy birthday Sandy

Sandy turned 35 today. We had a little party for him when he got home from work. Grady was so excited about it which was very cute. 

Lavender farm

On the weekend, we went to check out a lavender farm. There were rows and rows of lavender along with some cute farm animals. We had to try the lavender ice cream, and also buy a few special soaps. 

5 years apart

These two pictures were taken five years apart - at the same location - on Grady's bridge in the woods near our house. We've both grown a lot since then!

Minions

A few days ago, Grandma Liz and I took Grady to go watch the movie, "Minions" in 3D at the movie theatre. During the show, I closed my eyes a few times to rest, but always woke up quickly to listen to Grady laugh. He loved it. 

Downtown

Today we went downtown for the Wednesday morning farmer's market. We didn't buy much produce, but we did make sure to find the homemade popsicles!

Batman!

We were at Costco last week when Grady spotted these hoodies. He needed a new one for the Fall and decided this was the one ... and he insisted that Hunter have one too! They do look pretty cute.

Hands on Farm

This morning we went to the Hands on Farm. Grady really enjoyed petting all of the animals. Hunter was scared and didn't want anything to do with them!

Stotan falls

Yesterday we went swimming at Stotan falls with Papa Rob. All this warm weather has made the river water so warm. Even Hunter can comfortably swim!

Coombs

Today we drove down to Coombs to look around. The little boys loved playing in the old car and on the sculptures.
