Cabin trip 2!

We are home from our second cabin trip. The fishing wasn't great, but the weather was awesome!

Sandy flew in today so we were able to have a little birthday celebration tonight. Two days late, but we all still enjoyed it.

First dunk of the season

We've had a cool start to our summer, so last week was the first time for swimming. Grady was in right away, but Hunter needed a little help.

My Mom took Hunter swimming very Friday during the school year. He learned so much with her! We planned a swimming date for last week so he could practice his skills. It's amazing to watch him jump off the ledge and swim underwater.

Blueberry picking

Grady and I picked 6 lbs of blueberries today at Blue Haven farm. Hunter "helped" by taste testing. Once we were done, we had to sample their ice cream, which was delicious. 

Cousins

Christa and the kids surprised us with a visit on Friday night. The cousins had so much fun playing together for the night and next day. They watched a movie, played in the yard, rode bikes, took the pups for a walk, and we even went to the movie theatre today!

Farmers market Popsicles

On Wednesdays, the local farmers market sets up downtown. We have been meeting Alysha and Everly there before we do our shopping. The kids really look forward to the fruit Popsicles.
