Hockey gear stick man

Grady and Hunter spent the night at Grandma Liz and Papa Dave’s house last week so that I could curl and then attend all of the parent/teacher interviews for my class the next day. Papa and Grady took on a big project and made a hockey gear holder. It turned out great!

Aunt Nancy and Uncle Jim gave Hunter this game for his birthday. He’s pretty good at it! (he often cheats but even when I make him play by the rules, he does pretty well!). 

Victoria for hockey

We went to Victoria last weekend for Grady’s second hockey tournament of the year. The team played really well, but ended up with one tie, and 4 losses (two of them by only 1 point). The highlights of weekend were walking around downtown, going to the bug zoo, out for sushi, and swimming in the hotel pool. 

Hunter's brand new quilt

Grandma Liz made Hunter his very own quilt. It's an eye-spy one and he loves looking all over it. The quilt is very cozy and even Stanley approved!

 
 
 

Bye teeth!

Grady had three teeth pulled this week. He was sedated for the procedure but still did a really good job of being brave leading up to the appointment. Grandma Liz and I took him home afterwards and propped him up on the couch. He was good as new the next day!

Snow!!

Yesterday we had our first snowfall of the winter (so early!). The kids were very excited and headed out to play as soon as we got home from school.
