Cousins

Last weekend Easton stayed at our house for a sleepover. These two had so much fun playing and running around. It was pretty awesome for everyone!

We had our first bit of snow/rain this week. It was pretty exciting for Grady ... it didn't stick, but he still had to get outside and play right away!

Progress

After a few lessons, Grady is definitely getting better. He spends most of the time upright instead of flat-out and he can move forwards. He still skates by pushing with one leg and balancing on the other, but I'm sure he'll get the hang of it eventually :)

New puppy

Heather brought home a puppy last weekend. He's a black lab and is very sweet (so far, he is still name-less).  Grady absolutely adores him.  They've been having a lot of fun playing together ... they have about the same energy level!

Halloween

Grady dressed up as a pirate this year for Halloween.  It was pouring rain when we went out. We met his friend, Anna, and trick-or-treated on 5th Street. He had a great time, but was looking forward to getting into some dry clothes when we got home. I think his favorite part might have been handing out candy to the children who came to our door! He was so excited every time the doorbell rang. It was pretty funny.
