Gold River

We went to Gold River on the 23rd to see our family there. We all had a great time visiting with everyone. Auntie Christa and Uncle Darryl had lots of yummy food for us. And, Auntie Lena brought over supplies to make gingerbread houses, which was a huge hit.

Sledding

We've had a small bit of snow but it's enough for sledding! We took Grady and his friends up to Forbidden Plateau yesterday. (Grandma Liz was kind enough to watch Hunter so even Sandy and I had a chance to sled a bit!).

This morning we woke up to a bit of snow in town so it was Hunter's turn.

Santa picture

Hunter really likes Santa in books and movies, but not so much in person!

Christmas tree time

Sandy flew home from work today for the holidays. Our first order of business was finding our Christmas tree! After Hunter's nap, we picked Grady up early from school, and headed out for the tree hunt. Luckily, it was a beautiful day so we also went for a nice hike.

Biking

Just recently, Hunter and I have started practicing on his run bike. I've been holding onto the back for balance and helping him steer. But, this weekend, I let go and he managed a few steps independently!

Full of beans!

Hunter wore his pajamas to bring Grady to school today. When we arrived back home, he was so excited that he started running up and down the driveway. It was pretty funny to watch him.
