Daddy time

We've been so lucky to have Sandy home for two weeks. It's been such a treat for all of us. Sandy's been spending a lot of time with both of the boys which is great for everyone.

 

 

Valentine's day

He's almost six

Walking home from school with Grady ... I can't believe how big he looks. His arms and legs seem so long. I still think of him as my little boy, but he's almost six years old.

Goalie

It was Grady's turn to play goalie at hockey tonight. He was very excited and had a blast!

 

   

 

Sophie

This little giraffe is called "Sophie" (by the company - we did not name it!). They are reputed to be a great toy for babies at this age because they are good for chewing on and the spots keep the baby's attention. We received this Sophie as a gift and so far, Hunter seems somewhat interested in it ... if someone helps him hold onto it!

Hiking and biking

We had amazing weather on the weekend. It was cold, but very sunny! We took advantage of it and spent one afternoon in the trails around Comox Lake. Sandy and Grady rode their mountain bikes and I tried to keep up with Hunter in the back pack. It was great exercise and so nice to be outside in the sunshine.
