Swimming at the river

We rode our bikes to the river this afternoon for a quick dip. It was so great! Both boys swam, and I had the chance to dunk too! So different from previous years. It's a bit sad than they are growing up so fast, but also kind of exciting that we can do so much with them now. 

 
 
 

 

At the movies

Our summer tradition of going to the theatre was fulfilled this week. We watched "Despicable Me 3" and Grandma came with us!

 

Bill's 70th Birthday

Kayaking with Grandma

On Sunday, we went kayaking with Grandma Liz. It was so much fun and the boys loved it. We just bought Grady his own kids sized kayak and Hunter came with me. We did have to battle the tide a bit, but managed to paddle across a little bay at the Spit. 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Easton's birthday
