Puzzling

Grady received a few new puzzles for Christmas. We've all enjoyed working on them these last few days. 

Biking

We've had a few days of awesome weather so we have been taking full advantage and getting out for daily bike rides. 

This ride was in mountains near Cumberland. 

And, this ride was along the pipeline near our house (we rode 11km). 

Christmas 2014

Grady was the first one up! He went straight downstairs to make sure Grandma and Papa were up and ready to open gifts.

Christmas Eve

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve filled with activity and fun. 

Grady and I decorated cookies for Santa. 

We went skating with Papa Rob. 

Grady and Hunter opened up a gift - new pajamas from Grandma RonaLee and Papa Ken. 

And we had a lovely dinner to finish off the day. Now, to sleep so that Santa can visit!!

Coastal Black

We went out to Coastal Black this afternoon to check out their Christmas display. Grady enjoyed seeing the reindeer and donkey. Hunter liked the bean bag game. 

This sign was hanging by the entrance. I thought it was pretty. 

Pre-Christmas gift

A pre-Christmas gift (the note and feather) from Auntie Heather. We are excited to see what is coming next!

This envelope contained a letter "confirming" Grady's attendance to Hogwart's and also included the supply list. 

He wrote a letter back:

"I can't wait to be in Hogwarts school from Grady John Watt"

Christmas concert

This is both of the grade one/two classes singing "Fuzzy Slippers" for their performance at the Christmas concert. It's hard to spot Grady, but he's in the very middle of the back row.

A rare sighting

It wasn't long before Ryder stood up and walked away, but it was sure cute while it lasted. 

Christmas tree

Today we found our Christmas tree and put it up. Grady was so excited to decorate it and he did a great job. It's a beauty!
