Grady had his first bath at the hospital before we were discharged. The nurse showed us how to wash him properly and where to start (with his face) and where to end (you can figure that out!).
I was feeling a bit nervous about washing him at home, so had put off giving him a bath until my Mom arrived. We gave him his first bath at home on Friday night and since then it has been part of our nightly routine. It is a nice relaxing time and he really seems to enjoy it.
When we put him in the tub, he stretches out as long as he can and opens his arms up wide. Then, he starts kicking his legs in and out, in and out and kind of flaps his arms up and down. He looks like a little frog and it is very cute!
